Posters

Abstract

We invite abstracts from students, post doctoral fellows and research fellows on or before 31st October, 2023. Abstract should be 250 words (not including title and author) and name of presenting author should be underlined. Please submit your abstracts in the registration form.

Poster Specifications:

• Please prepare your poster with the dimension 4 feet x 4 feet (1.2 m x 1.2 m) in Portrait orientation.

• The board provided will be 5 feet (Height) x 4 feet (Width) in size.

•  The content placed in the lower portion of the board is not easy for other attendees to see, hence please limit the size of the poster to 4 x 4 feet. 

• The poster boards are fixed and cannot be rotated. 

• Please prepare your materials to fit the indicated width and height.

•  Mounting supplies will be provided at the site. 

Poster Schedule:

The poster sessions will be held on the first three days of the meeting and the schedule will be emailed to all registrants the week prior to the meeting.
